A Papadum variety from South India made from Rice, Sago (an edible starch widely used in cooking) that are shaped flat. They are crispy and full of flavour to be enjoyed as a snack or as an accompaniment to meals.
Hand made using tradional South Indian methods and sun dried, when fried they will double in size.
How to eat: Simply heat oil in a pan, fry and enjoy!
