Clustered bean Papadum / Kothavarangai Vathal / Goru Chikkudu Vodiyalu 200gm

Clustered Bean papadum also known as Kothavarangai Vathal is made by taking cluster beans and boiling them in salt and turmeric water and then sundried to make them crispy. These are traditional, old ways of preserving vegetables and go with any rice dish as a substitute to papdums.

Cluster beans have many health benefits including improved blood ciculation, stronger bones, better digestion and calmer mind.

How to eat: fry and eat as accompaniment to dishes.

To eat: fry them in hot oil
